Meet your dentist
Dr. Marco Garcia
Dr. Garcia's path to dentistry started long before dental school. Growing up in Ontario, California as a first-generation college student, he worked his way into the field by first becoming a Registered Dental Assistant. That hands-on foundation gave him a perspective most dentists simply don't have: he understands the clinical side of dentistry from the ground up, and that shapes how he communicates with patients today.
He went on to complete his undergraduate degree in Biology before earning his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree. Now with six years of practice experience, Dr. Garcia brings both formal training and real-world clinical skill to every appointment. He has completed an Invisalign certificate and the AAID Implant MaxiCourse, and is an Associate Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, allowing him to offer clear aligner therapy and advanced implant care right here in Bakersfield.
Dr. Garcia's approach centers on preventive care and patient education. He takes the time to walk you through your treatment options, explain the long-term outcomes of each, and help you make decisions that are right for your health and your life. He recommends what the evidence supports, not what's easiest or most profitable.
Technology plays a big role in how Dr. Garcia practices. Using tools like the iTero digital scanner and CBCT imaging, he's able to diagnose and plan treatment with a level of precision that benefits you directly: fewer surprises, more accurate restorations, and a clearer picture of your oral health from day one.
Outside the office, Dr. Garcia is a family man who stays active through soccer, working out, and traveling. That same energy and commitment carries into his work. He genuinely enjoys the relationships he builds with patients and the difference quality dentistry can make in someone's life.

We want your first visit to feel like the beginning of a real relationship, not just a transaction. From check-in to checkout, our goal is to give you a complete picture of your oral health and a clear plan for where to go from here. No pressure, no surprises.
Patient Experience
When you come in as a new patient, we take the time to really listen. We'll review your health history, complete a thorough exam, and use our imaging technology to get a full view of what's going on. Then we'll walk you through our findings in plain language and talk through your options together. If you have a dental concern that needs attention right away, we often have same-day availability to help you get seen quickly.

We’ve brought together technology and thoughtful amenities to make your visits more precise, comfortable, and easy to understand. From advanced imaging and digital scans to simple comforts that help you settle in, every detail is here to make your experience better from start to finish.
iTero digital scanner
The iTero scanner lets us take highly accurate digital impressions of your teeth without the mess of traditional molds. It's faster, more comfortable, and gives us detailed 3D images we can use for everything from Invisalign treatment planning to crown preparation. You get to see your own scan in real time, which makes it easier to understand your treatment and feel confident in the plan.
CBCT imaging
Cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) gives us a three-dimensional view of your teeth, jaw, and surrounding structures that standard X-rays simply can't provide. This level of detail is especially valuable when planning implant placements or evaluating complex cases. It means fewer unknowns and more precise, predictable results for you.
Beverage station
We keep a Keurig and a refrigerator stocked with water so you can help yourself before or after your appointment. It's a small thing, but we want the time you spend here to feel comfortable and relaxed.
Blankets and patient comforts
If you'd like a blanket during your appointment, just ask. We also have an iPad available if you need to fill out forms when you arrive. Little comforts go a long way when you're in the chair.
